A little about me...
I grew up in a small town in North Florida, where hard work and resourcefulness were a way of life. I earned my bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Florida through a combination of a state scholarship and an employer-sponsored tuition program. This would be my first lesson on creating opportunities rather than waiting for them. I've spent my entire career in the banking industry- eventually making my way to Minnesota in 2014. Nothing about my path was handed to me. Every step forward came from bootstrapping, advocating for myself, and learning how to navigate environments where talent, skills, and grit aren’t always immediately recognized. That journey shaped the work I do today. I teach my clients how to build their own momentum, claim their value, and stop waiting for permission to succeed. You get to be the hero of your own story.
Mission
My mission is to guide women in uncovering the potential they already carry within, leading them through a transformative journey of self‑discovery. When they recognize themselves as the HERo of their own story, they gain the confidence and clarity to pursue their goals and create the life they’ve always envisioned.
Her story
With more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry, I’ve built my career across investments, retail banking, and commercial banking. I’ve led sales teams, shaped strategy, and held leadership roles in both small and large organizations.
What drives me is the blend of creativity and structure—solving problems in new ways, designing processes that actually work, and developing sales teams through personalized learning and motivational paths. Helping people grow into their potential has been the passion of my entire career.
